# Corporate WhatsApp Data Deletion
Effective date: 2 September 2026
You may request deletion of your personal data and Corporate WhatsApp conversation records held by M I Travels & Holidays Private Limited.
To request deletion, email [info@mitravels.lk](mailto:info@mitravels.lk) with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request – Corporate WhatsApp
Please include:
* Your full name
* Your WhatsApp phone number
* The email address used when contacting us, if applicable
* A clear description of the data you want deleted
We may request information to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete applicable Corporate WhatsApp records from our WordPress-based system, unless we must retain certain records for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory reasons.
Deleting records from our Corporate WhatsApp system does not delete messages held in your own WhatsApp account or systems operated by WhatsApp/Meta.
