M I Travels & Holidays Private Limited operates the M I Travels Corporate Connect service to support corporate customer communications through WhatsApp.
By contacting us through WhatsApp or using services provided by M I Travels, you agree that authorized M I Travels & Holiday (Pvt) Ltd staff may use the communication to respond to enquiries, provide travel-related support, and maintain business communication records.
We may retain incoming and outgoing WhatsApp communication records in our secure WordPress-based Corporate WhatsApp system for customer service, operational follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and legal compliance.
The Corporate WhatsApp system is for M I Travels’ internal business operations only. Customer data is not sold or made available to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You must not use our services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. M I Travels may update these Terms when required.
